Template For Requesting Info On Students Within A Particular Major Or Minor (Or, In CUNYfirst Parlance, “Plan”)

The template below can be modified to suit your purposes and then sent to subcc@ccny.cuny.edu to request information on students who have a particular academic plan. Information will be provided as an Excel file. In the example below, the Biology Dept. is requesting a listing of all students who are either “regular” Biology Majors (CUNYfirst code: BIOL-BS) or Macaulay Honors College Biology Majors (MHCBIO-BS) and who were registered for courses in one or more of Spring 2015, Fall 2014, or Spring 2014.

18. Chkout Stat (e.g. “Applied for Graduation,” “Eligible to Apply”)
19. Biology Plan (i.e. BIOL-BS or MCHBIO-BS?)
20-?. Additional Plans (Majors or Minors) the students might have.
