Getting Started <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make sure to claim your CUNYfirst account by following the steps below: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Visit www.cuny.edu<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Select Login>CUNYfirst <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Choose New User <\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Enter your Personal Information as requested*<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*You are only able to enter the last four of your social. Please do not use your EMPLID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Account Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Username and EMPLID<\/strong> \u2013 Record your EMPLID! From now on, it will be used to identify you in CUNYfirst and across campus. Also, please make a note of your CUNYfirst username (which includes your first dot last name followed by the last two digits of your EMPLID).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Personal Information<\/strong> \u2013 Employees may add\/edit their address through profile in CUNYfirst.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Note:<\/strong> Employees who need access to CUNYfirst for their day-to-day job functions but are not paid via tax-levy funds will need to be entered into CUNYfirst as a Person of Interest- POI (This applies to employees of the Research Foundation, 21st Century Foundation, etc…)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
